Firetrucks and Dalmatians

Well, it's been a long while since I last posted... We are all doing just great. I feel like I'm in the home stretch now with my pregnancy. I'm 32 weeks. I'm having all of the discomforts of the last trimester. We are all getting very excited to welcome our little boy. Back in March, my mom, grandmother and Aunt Arnie were out for a visit and they helped to get the baby's nursery together. It looks fabulous! I've been working on it little by little after they left. Just details. I'm still not completely finished, but today, we got it cleaned up and I took some pictures. The theme is Firetrucks and Dalmatians. Scott's favorite toy was a big red firetruck when he was a little boy. His parents kept his truck and gave it to us. There's a picture of it below, it's featured in the nursery! Enjoy the pictures! Easter

We had a wonderful Easter this year. Both girls had a lot of fun searching for eggs. Our celebrations started with an egg hunt at Papa and Gram's house, followed by a delicious brunch. Then we all took a little nap and then went to our friend's Sara and Marty's house for a fun filled afternoon.

March Visitors

Is it April already?! Wow, March just flew by!! One of the highlights last month was a visit from my mom, grandmother and Aunt Arnie. They came for 4 days and we had a blast! The main objective was to work on the nursery for the new baby, and of course to play with Lily and Madeline. We had so much fun, that we didn't take too many pictures! I'm sad we didn't capture more of the week, but here are a few photos to remember the trip by.

The nursery is really coming together, I'll post some pictures later. In addition to creating the new nursery, we are updating the girl's rooms too.
