Security

Hi Friends and Family!

I'm making a change to the security setting on my blog...  I am happy to share my blog with all of my friends and family.  I  love using it as a way to keep in touch.  However, I must keep the security of my family in mind.  The expat community in SE Asia is quite small and I think our little family is too easy to find.  Rather than remove the personal nature of my blog, I just want to add an additional security step.

After I change the setting, you will need to log in and send me a request to view my blog.  I will approve your request and after that you will be able to see my blog as usual.  You can save the log in on your regular computer so that you don't have to log in each time.

Sorry to make things a little more complicated, but the added security gives me peace of mind.

After discussing this with Scott, I've decided to leave my blog available to all.  However, I have removed it from being listed on blogger and from being included in search engine searches.  I'll keep a close eye on my traffic sites and sources and see how it goes.  I may add the private list in the future, but I have removed it for the time being.
